Neurodivergence and Creativity
Neurodivergence, which includes conditions like ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, often presents challenges in traditional settings but can be a source of extraordinary creativity. Individuals who process the world differently frequently bring unique strengths to creative fields, such as hyperfocus, pattern recognition, and outside-the-box thinking. Creativity can also serve as a powerful coping mechanism, helping neurodivergent individuals manage sensory overload and express emotions.
